Today was a very good day, reason being I was able to meet two of my favorite YouTube travel bloggers today. I met up with both Andre (not pictured) of Andre and Andrea: Love Crossing Borders as well as Kizzy the La Crespoide. We actually met up at a mall in the northside of Cali which is the same mall where Andre originally met his wife Andrea.
Andre and Andrea’s main Youtube channel is very interesting since it relates to finding love in another country (which is what Andre did), finding remote jobs that pay in USD, and obviously travel.
La Crespoide’s channel is about traveling tips and advice coming from an Afro-Colombian female which is important as there are not many female Colombian travel bloggers of significance on Youtube.
During our city tour, Andre was able to give me and another subscribe a lot of advice on cultural differences between Colombia and the United States and why he moved to Colombia while La Crespoide provided additional history on Cali and a comparison with it versus other Colombian cities.
I could go on and on about them but please give their channels a look as I think they both can add value to your life and give you a new and different perspective on the world.
The evening was commenced by breaking bread for dinner at an Afro-Colombian owned restaurant in downtown Cali before taking a walk along the park.
