Well it was Friday night in Playa Del Carmen and that meant it was time to hit up the night scene. I had gotten a tip earlier in the evening from an expat living here that there were Bachata lessons at Selina so I decided that was the turn for the night.
Upon arriving there was about a dozen or so people for the lessons, in which this class was for “Intermediate” level Bachata dancers. After the 1-hour class was complete, many students including hostel residents joined in for full on dancing. The lessons are a weekly event during each Friday night which I may look into doing once again during my stay in Playa Del Carmen.
